Was $36 the bottom on Friday? SGP is up a little today--big pharma has just been getting whacked as small cap biotech stole all the limelight these past months. Now the word on the street is that big pharma also does biotech R&D (duh). See the March issue of Worth for a few suggestions in Pharma (SGP is not on this list however, but GLX, AVE, BMY, PFE and WLA are all given the Ebert thumbs up--large R&D budgets are noted.) I spent a little of my biotech profits on pharma today, diversify a bit. Even bought a little BNI--Burlington Northern Santa Fe, a bizzare mix!
