I wouldn't be surprised that you heard that. I hear such stuff often. Seems most towns have "one of the best school systems in the country" if you listen to them. The only reason I raised the issue is because I saw a program that detailed the wealthiest enclave and although I can't recall the name I can say that Silicon Valley CEO's like Rodgers were the typical residents. Let's face it, it makes great sense that that concentration of wealth would eclipse others.
