Actually, the single wealthiest suburban tract is one of those in Chevy Chase, MD (each section was developed separately), and the single wealthiest urban block is Fifth Avenue by St. Patrick's (you know, Tiffanies and all), if I remember correctly. A lot depends on how you slice it, since Chevy Chase overall ranks about 5th, give or take a couple, and 5th Avenue overall ranks about third.......
