You'd have to have seen the program. I doubt even that select part of Chevy Chase ranks. As I said, it depends on how wealth is measured. I'll bet most who live there have other residences for tax purposes. The rich aren't known for being stupid. Er, better amend that to "The rich aren't known for lacking tax advisors". Where do you get that Chevy Chase ranks 5th? I'd like to see that. It seems improbable.
