I am also losing patience. I've been slowly getting rid of my position and am now down to about 1/5 of what I originally had.

As you say, it seems there is a large overhang in this stock and anytime it moves up, there's enough put on the block to push it down. That will eventually change, but there's greener pastures than this one. Obviously the one thing that could change this is a BIG contract announcement, but even still I suspect the price would drift back down afterwards.
