SOFTBANK = Largest Pureplay Internet Company in existence?

You know, as I was recently marveling at SFTBF's market capitalization (I guess its around $150 billion), and its projected cap according to Lehman (which would eventually make Softbank equivalent in capitalization to Cisco's current), I began to ask myself "What is the largest internet pureplay (I was thinking Cisco or networking/wireless/software companies per se don't count) company in the world?". Not based on revenues or profits, but by the sheer size of its stock.

Only now has this question penetrated the thick fog surrounding my limited epistemic horizon.

I thought maybe it was AOL (pre TimeWarner merger leviathan), but Softbank appears to be well past that mark.
Could Softbank really be THE ultimate net stock in this regards? Can someone please chime in? Thanks. It would be the ultimate irony if such a status is accorded to this stock, considering relatively few people know anything about it.
