I'm mystified by this technology. We have to provide the hydrogen gas of course. We get it by burning coal and using the electricity generated to hydrolyze water. Then we have to store the H2 under high pressure. Could all this possibly be cheaper than burning hydrocarbons???? IMHO when the world runs out of oil we'll be burning fuel made from hydrogenation of coal. That technology dates from World War I.
Offhand, fuel cells burning hydrogen look to me like a non-tornado.
