Is anyone making money in Shipbuilding ? ie: now Kvaerner exits the sector... Oslo, Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Kvaerner ASA, an Anglo-Norwegian construction and oil equipment company, said it slumped to a fourth-quarter loss as it took charges to exit shipbuilding. London-based Kvaerner's pretax loss was 724 million kroner ($88 million), compared with a pretax profit of 36 million in the preceding quarter. Analysts were expecting a loss of 683 million on average, according to a survey by SMA and Norwegian news service TDN Finans
