Gentlemen - you are wrong on Jack's stock position. He has an order of magnitude more than 21K shares at stake in options; just check the prospectus on EDGAR and you will see that even after recent sales he has a huge number of in-the-money options. Don't confuse ownership with options; and certainly don't rely on Yahoo for investment data, however they both indicate a level of faith in the future of the company. Both Al and Jack have a huge vested interest in the ongoing success of the company and both are profiting. Congrats to both and hope for a continued run.
