Looks like this may take a while for others to absorb the significance of this acquisition. It will also help when they reveal the terms. In the meantime, for sure, they are no longer a shell, which was pretty much what they had become. They now have 2 substantial operating companies under their belt, and are actively negotiating to complete the FatBurger acquisition for their core business. Looks like a pretty solid foundation to me.
