Hi James,

I think it had to be a good buy if you picked up LEAPS calls of GBLX at today's low.

Regarding my preference to 1 year LEAPS, I don't recall ever saying this. My selection of the maturity period (and strikes) depend very much upon the stock itself - what is to be expected in the 1 or 2 year timeframe - as well as macroscopic forecast of the economic backdrop.

When there was a fire sale such as today, I would've bought the 1 year security; otherwise, if I am simply "accumulating", I might lean toward the 2 year issues.

But I trully hesitate to affirm or negate other people's trades as I don't know their circumstances. My own temperament (and other factors) have allowed me to take large, calculated risks, and it was usually these "Risks" that have brought me the greatest awards.

Regards,
Ibexx
