Your numbers suggest no volume acceleration. My guess is volume increases cover at least 1/2 of the price cut

You think an additional 750,000 patients (eyes) will get VISX procedures because of a $150 price cut??? VISX was only supposed to do <1 mil before the price cut. That's a 75% increase!!! That doesn't seem logical at all.
