uw, do you have any idea about direct tv's plans to switch from starsight to guideplus...i know gmst owns both, but i believe i read in the stephens report that only guide+ supports ad revenues. Gemstar is in negotiations with DirecTV as is TV Guide. The newer generation DirecTV STBs can support advertising if/when licensed. I don't know where the negotiations are or the number of subs with the newer boxes. Regards Stew
