Additional Insider Buying Reported Looks like Ronald R. Tuttle ( director) just bought 5000 shares at $5.25 (4/97)--bet he also wonders why the price is down. My guess is once the price breached $5/share--it just kicked in some end of the month window dressing--a lot of institutions do this the end of each month--and it can have dramatic impact on short term price--BUT I LOVE IT--great chance to acquire a fine company at a good price.
