RJ2,

The mineralization found in the 34.4 oz/t hole was in the form of blebs, which are granule to very small pebble sized pieces. Importantly, the likelihood that such relatively "intact" pieces could migrate together a great distance without undergoing more substantial dissemination is remote, meaning they are probably near to the root source (orebody).

Were I Murdo, I would have the same sample re-assayed by a different company to gain confidence in the first assay, then assuming concurrence, I would be drilling as many short offsets to the hole as finances (Sid) would allow. A second hit on blebs could provide a good vector to the pot of gold.
