Not THE expert, but know enough to have and hold plenty of this one... It is amazingly strong, but it seems to go in bursts and has never quite gotten thru the 20s... Some recent re-orginization and new money will definitely boost this guy for a while but no leader/ceo figure is in place as of now.. what else do you want to know? CW
