Your attack on this company based on what a patent suit will cost is just absurd. Most shareholders would have no problem with HYSQ paying for this with any means necessary. Are you saying they should drop the suit because of the cost? Do you have any comments on the science involved, gene sequencing, gene chips, or is the cost of the patent lawsuit the most you were capable of? As a short on a message board you did one lazy ass job.
