KG, Yes it looks like VRTL is breaking out. Using point and figure analysis the chart was sitting on a triple top as of Friday. Todays move completed the breakout when the stock printed $21. CCI13 had just turned up from a nice level.The following is a screen shot of the analysis I had done. members.iinet.net.au David
