Hi Ibexx,

I recieved my (subject to completion) prospectus on Rambus today from Morgan Stanley. Offering is 2,750,000 shares. All financials are included, of course, but the offering date as well as price are blank.

This prospectus was issued April 24. It is estimated that the offering price will be between $8 and $10 per share.

That's all I know, so no amount of proding by the board will reveal anything more except it's 68 pages with about 20 additional pages of notes.
