Kaiser says expect bigger things from Jordex

Jordex Resources Inc JDX
Shares issued 30,374,357 Feb 21 close $2.97
Tue 22 Feb 2000 In the News
John Kaiser, writing in the Feb. 7 Bottom-Fish Action for the period Jan. 24 to Feb. 7, says Jordex Resources, which will change its name to iTech Capital Corp. after a special shareholders meeting on March 10, remains a
hold at $1.65. Mr. Kaiser recommended the stock in December, 1997, at 87 cents, again in December, 1998, at 50 cents, and in February, 1999, at 59 cents. In the current report, Mr. Kaiser says the $1.6-million (U.S.)
acquisition of Enviromation has closed but Jordex has not disclosed details about Enviromation's balance sheet. The letter writer tells his subscribers that Jordex's activities over the past year indicate the company has much bigger plans than simply acquiring small niche operations and tiny minority seed-stock interests in future initial public offerings. He says that if he suspected that such activities were all he expects Jordex to do in the future, he would issue a 100-per-cent sell immediately. He hints that answers about the company's future may lie in the credentials of the players behind Jordex.
