I'm sure it was. Patel probably shopped CS around, saw he wasn't going to get much more than 35 or so....looked at companies like Foundry and Extreme and decided to go the IPO route. CS all broken up like that could approach 50-60 bucks per current CS share...that's pretty much my target anyway. Who knows, maybe more. When I say CS might pop, what I mean is that the newly freed-up NN money may go to CS as their new home...and we welcome them with open arms.
