Thanks for the link but unfortunately I could not open it. I also tried to see the review by going to the web site neuroinv.com and going to the Samples. I don't know if it is the link or my computer that is the problem. Anyway, the review is from last September and not that current. I've seen it before though and it is a good review for anyone just stumbling on to NEOT.
