Eric,

The price limit box moves around following the last trade until you manually set the price. It has always done this every time you change the order routing.

Thank you very much for voicing your concerns on this issue. This has obviously been an obstacle for a number of traders and we will be addressing it with our next CyBerX version release. In our CyBerX 1.7 release, traders will have a setting option that will keep the limit price box from updating to the last trade price.

Concerning the problem you have been having with your connection during the middle of the day, you can better determine if it is an ISP issue by contacting one of our Tech Support Analyst. If indeed, there are no issues on our end that should be preventing you from logging on, they can ping your computer and check for any packet loss that might be resulting in a connection drop.

I would however really like to be able to click on a price in my Qcharts L2 and have it set the price to that.

This should actually be functioning exactly as you have mentioned. If however, when you double click on your Qcharts L2, that price does not load into your CyBerX limit price window, you may have either installed your software incorrectly, or you have the wrong version of Qcharts. To verify that you have the correct version of the software and or for instructions and assistance, please contact one of our Tech Support Analysts.

Thanks again for your input and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,
CyBerCorp.com
