A good thing, or something that some branch of the federal government had to overturn? What about the Jim Crow laws? Should states be allowed to create segregated public schools if that is what the majority of local people want? I'm curious as to what your actual thoughts are on this, because you seem representative of those who so believe that local government is good government. I think this merits a serious answer.
