Summary of Law suit issues: (from the Tenn. Restraining order)

That GIFS, etc. is not licensed in Tenn.(and several other states), to enter into contracts of insurance or transact insurance business.

That GIFS, etc.has been transacting a surety business in Tenn. (and several other states where cease and desist orders have been in place - Delaware, FLA and Nevada).

That GIFS is in default on a performance bond for a project in FLA.
