Don:

LOL and deadly accurate.

To all:

Bill Parish has done a remarkable job of bringing a reluctant financial press as well as the SEC to the realization that Microsoft has been involved in more than a scam. He is calling it a "fraud" and he goes on to state that fraud includes intent. He is right on.

A number of observers think Bill is out in left field. Having read every bit of his massive pile of evidence, I can assure you that he is deadly accurate. For any of you who have an interest in how a big company can (and has) "scammed" both the public and the press, his latest report is a must read.

I also want to go on record as commending Bill for his bravery. Having been the recipient of the same kind of pressure that he is now exposed to, I can state unequivocally that it is a very unpleasant road. Thank goodness there are still a few guys around with both brains and guts who will stand up and say "enough". I only hope that the general investing public as well as involved fund managers and the press do some thinking about the situation that Bill has uncovered. Personally, I will do all I can to assist him in getting his research into the public domain.

Best, Earlie
