PURE has recently entered agreements with NVID corp to market innovative Silver ion water purification technology for uses such as Dental Offices, Hospitals, Poultry Industry, etc. This technology can prevent biofilm from forming in pipes and water tanks. Biofilm is believed to be a contributing factor of Legionaires Disease. PURE is also in the process of launching Nutripure.com, and has teamed up with an industry leader in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution to create a ``pharmacist hosted' supersite that provides a personalized and customized shopping experience. Shareholders of PURE will receive shares of Nutripure.com (1 share for every 10 shares held of PURE). The company will retain 85% ownership of Nutripure.com. The ex-dividend date should be announced shortly.
