cAPSLOCK...Agreed. Sorry to imply that. The main thrust of my argument was that there will be piracy, but that the security protocols are mainly aimed at keeping the honest listener "untempted". Yes there will be ways around those protocols, but the industry wants that to be more trouble than it's worth to the average consumer. Thanks for the comment.
