UH OH! Better put Zoltan and Vaughn and some of these other characters here on suicide watch. John McCain just took Michigan. HOW SWEET IT IS! Nothing succeeds like success now does it? VBG!

Those Republican senators who don't want their cozy little establishment apple cart turned over--they must be SWEATING tonight fellows--I can see the trembling hands reaching for the scotch bottle! The man who breaks china is coming, fellows! Your worst nightmare! The inside the beltway hypocrites have never been so nervous. They can BELIEVE what is happening to their sure thing. They're incredulous, staring at CNN, rubbing their bleary eyes. These are revolutionary times, people. The fulfillment of the Reagan Revolution for the Party of Lincoln is at hand. John McCain, the REAL Republican, is coming, and it won't be pretty.

McCain is running 24 percentage points ahead of Al Gore in the polls. Bushie is running 5% ahead of Al Gore. Give up your fantasies about who is the strongest candidate against Gore in November folks.

WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. Bush panicked and went brutally negative in South Carolina and pandered shamefully to the Nazi-"Christian" right wing, anti-Catholic, racist bigotry in the South Carolina swamps. He forgot he was running for President of the U.S. of A., not SC. Got real cozy and coy about "don't judge my heart". Well, people weren't judging your heart, genius, they were judging your ACTIONS and your JUDGEMENT and your capacity to lead the land of the free and the home of the brave. You wanted to get cozy and coy with bigotry? Fine, your prerogative. Only the Catholics of Michigan didn't take it too lightly, and they let you know that a national leader must lead by example. Your choice.

CNN says smear campaign by Bush "didn't take". He ticked off a lot of peole up there with that. I'm watching Bush on CNN spluttering about how much he "doesn't appreciate" negative campaigning. Suddenly he's got that old-time religion. THIS from the character assassin of South Carolina?!?!

WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. John McCain alone had the guts and the character to stand up on SC and national TV and say the Bob Jonesers were "idiotic and stupid" and "incredibly hurtful". That wasn't lost on the people of Michigan (much more a slice of real American life and representative of what will matter in the national election than SC) .

By the way, someone here asked me what I do for a living. Well, since you asked, I am white, married, in early middle age, grew up in the broad middle class, have 20 years of formal education, worked for everything I have, work at least 50 hours per week, am in a position of authority and respect in my field, am in the highest tax bracket, pay as much taxes as any of you (since you guys seem to care about nothing but the bottom line on your IRS return), believe in individual responsibility, think welfare has been a disaster for its intended beneficiaries, and think affirmative action needs to be phased out. Now yesterday was a holiday, but what were all of YOU doing posting all day long here today to this idiotic board? Do any of you WORK for a living?

Get it straight, guys: McCain is a CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN with a VERY CONSERVATIVE voting record in the Senate. It's RIDICUOUS the way you tar him as a "liberal". What planet are you guys on? Poor Zoltan and Vaughn and DCF or DFC or whatever his logo is, if anyone sees them wandering the streets mumbling incoherently, get them to a hospital, will you?

See you in Arizona, guys. VBG!
