In tonight's press conference the vancouver police spokesperson made it official that they are looking at the possibility of criminal charges. There basing it on the fact a police officer actually witnessed the incident. Should be interesting how they'll make it stick. Excuse the pun. <g> Only thing i question is if we started laying charges then where would it begin and end. Tough one. NHL might be better to move swiftly with there punishment and show they will not tolerate such actions period. Brashear said today in an interview he could be out anywhere from 3-12 weeks.
