OK, I'm giving serious consideration to this 1/2 & 1/2 plan. I follow your logic on selling CC's in the 8 to 10% range. Now, you say your write them & sit for six weeks, so I'm assuming you do this every other month & pick your spots, right?

I'm also assuming that since you aren't worried about anything beyond getting that 8 to 10%, you tend to get called away. Might I inquire what your strategy is in replacing those shares?

I'm in a similar position as your friend was & I am keen on attempting this strategy, but I'm pretty green at the options game.

Can you do this Yankee a favor & pass on a few tips. I'd be more than grateful for any assistance. ;-)
