mad2, take another look at institutional ownership effective 12/31/99... insidertrader.com Pay particular note to who has recently acquired 170,000 shares..... Also, ownership is up more than double last quarter and more than triple 2 quarters ago....I wonder if MS buy signals a new market maker on the scene or better yet...an analyst ready to make recommendation. Your opinion?
