Next post: docket for bankruptcy of Bradford's previous company, Wamego Real Estate, which was finally closed 11/29/99, an event that was noted in the most recent 10k/a filed by Hitsgalore. Here's one interesting tidbit: 03/26/96 -- Hearing Held Re: [33-1] Show Cause Order. Stephen Bradford and Diana Bradford have not appeared today as directed. Court - based on what has been announced in Court - somethin must be done. Plan will not be confirmable at all. Gaps in the plan debtor cannot fill right now. No projections that show the range of what claims might be. Mr Bradford is in contempt for failure to appear. Maybe Mrs Bradford. I suppose that was just a bad day. Use your browser's search or find feature to identify where Bradford appears in this rather long docket.
