Smart, very smart. No way the deal folds this late. And only a Yahoo would claim it renegotiable, opening up the whole process so late to expected close date. Everyone loves the combo, I think the risk premium is a reflection of the lack of TLTN liquidity and the market risk overall. NAZ risk is at least 30% here until March 31st, given its extension from 200 dma. ARbs cannot be expected to manage that level of risk. I look at it as a value play for us poor folks with less than the casual millions to flirt with disaster.

There'll be no disaster if you buy and hold the year or two to let the DSL play work.
