Agree, info is needed from GIFS, but with Mohammed out of the country or on his way back, it's kind of hard to deal with this situation at $15 a minute using a questionable airplane phone. He needs information, to discuss options with attorneys, etc. I suspect his attorneys, Mike Rhetorik, and others at GIFS are working on it as he jets home. Like has been said, the timing is just too good.

I'm not sure your last two dramatic statements are true or not. Your opinion. I just don't know.
