The cardiologist didn't state the procedure was or was not right for everyone, but rather that "it had very limited application" and as you rightly indicate, there is a rather large patient community who would welcome this non-evasive procedure...in either case, the note was wrong on two counts: a) not a limited patient population and b) wrong t“ have taken a pass on VASO 2 days before the 45% runnup!!
