Bob: I agree there is not much new to those who got the suit copy, but it is not just Tennessee as you point out. Since this claim of operating illegally is made in several states, management has been careless at best, not resolving the issue before now - IMO. There is no indication they tried to vacate the order, my impression is they chose to ignore it. Not very wise! Correct me if I am wrong. Regards, Carl
