Is anyone taking advantage of the tender offer? I was hoping to see the stock price bounce back a bit before May 1st, when the class A can be sold and everyone who needs cash will sell at that point. The last day to exercise is March 3rd, and as I understand it one can only sell 27% of their holdings in the tender offer.
