This is a response to Ron Jones on the Raging Bull SVCDQ board. As we discussed many month ago, the stockholders' position in a chapter 11 situation, now it has come true by the latest management's plan. The fact that the net worth is negative is terrible for the stockholders.
The only thing is to present to the court, that the plan will not work and will go to chapter 7, before the reorganization plan can be formulated. The plan of continuing the present course is better than remodeling the stores, etc. Some deep discounting will help immediate traffic and turn over of new merchandise to pay the present debt to avoid chapter 7 immediately.
Stockholders may be best served to talk to Fleet Retail to change the management's plan.
