Digital River Selected by Intergraph Corporation
Launches E-Commerce Site for Global Software Provider
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2000-- Digital River, a worldwide leader in e-commerce outsourcing, has partnered with the Process & Building Solutions division of Intergraph Corporation to build, host and manage their e-commerce site for software products. The new sites, www.SmartSketch.com and www.AccessNFS.com, feature downloads and physical delivery of two Intergraph software product lines including SmartSketch -- an easy-to-use, Windows-based design, drafting, and diagramming application and Access NFS Solutions -- a suite of interoperability software that seamlessly integrates Microsoft Windows and UNIX operating systems.

Digital River will host the stores, handle order fulfillment, and add Intergraph's products to its network of online retail partners. As part of the agreement, Digital River will provide E-Marketing analytical marketing services to help increase Intergraph's online product sales revenue.
