Maybe we should also pass a law requiring everyone to wear helmets at all times. As well as full-body padding. We wouldn't want people to actually take risks, walking around unprotected. Maybe we should also outlaw getting loans from banks to buy houses or start businesses. Why, they might lose money! People don't realize the risks involved in their actions. It's much better that we, the enlightened, decide what risks are appropriate.
