Using Geac as a example is kind of misleading. They are the only Canadian Software company that is performing at all. They are well known for their ability to buy companies ( this was their largest so far), they had a large cash surplus and they didn't have to issue any new shares to finance the acquisition.

As far as Corel goes I wouldn't even try to figure out what the street will do to it.The street is not very happy as you can tell with the price of the stock now.But a good 2nd quarter will definite help things along.

(ps I sold some of my Geac to purchase more Corel at $9 Cdn so far not a good investment but still holding and waiting for that Office Java)
