Really, An italian photographer. Where is it posted by you that the Fortune magazine sent the photographer over from the USA to do the shoot! I belive it is also writtren by you that the picture was a few years old.
Seems just like the stock you claimed to have been scammed on, and then you changed your story the next day.
What gives, you can't keep your stories straight?

We all saw Shell refuse to meet with me in Milan. She did so becuase I believe she mauy not really be in Italy. A check of the US Visas would really show if she is living in Italy as claimed. After all J. Shell has claimed to be a US Citizen living in Milan for many years.
Regarding my trip. I even had a telephone message from Mike Kugler during that time frame. Kugler only called to see if I was home, or really in Italy.

G', I asked one of the reporters, I don't think it was their b*tch Jason Anders, I think it was the other WSJ reporter, John. I asked him if Shell ever called 'him', he said "no". I said , "You always call her?" He said "yes". I then asked him to arrange to call Shell at a public phone in Italy, not Gloria Turrin's number, a number she/he couldn't be forwarded too. I have no idea if he did it, but this reporter may be as phoney as Anders.

Riley, sorry for misguided post towards you. As of recently, I have been informed of much information in which I've decided to disclose at a certain time. Now, not being the time...soon I hope.
Please feel free to express your knowledge of the situation. It may be our only chance to prove ourselves as not the crazy folks Janice and her fraud-squad as made us to be. Thank you for maintaining the silence needed to prove the harassment that has occurred from the bashers.

The fraud-squad is indeed a useless source of intimidation at this point. The proper authorities are on hand and will finish the job from here.

Janice and her partners in crime are being sought after as I speak. They've demonstrated the worst crime of deception possible. AZNT is going after these scum bags as viciously as they did AZNT. The proper authorities are also trying to close down this group of thugs that have hovered over our investment for more than 20 months.
This group of criminals have bashed AZNT and its shareholders relentlessly. Mike Sylver and his company have fought these thugs since day one. Mike Sylver was and is determined to protect his company and his shareholders to the end of this cyber-smear. So far, AZNT has fought this criminal act better than any other company has.
As you have witnessed by the criminal attacks these thugs have performed, they have something BIG to lose. There is a large short position held by this group. Andy Mann defaulted, Shell fought for this self proclaimed criminal, Shell and gang lose.
It wasn't AZNT's purpose to have a short position on it's companies stock, it is the result of criminal stock manipulation that will result in such a short covering. THIS WILL OCCUR....shortly. AZNT's lawyer in the federal case is very close to resolving this matter. Andy Mann and others that purposely cashed in on restricted stock never paid for are in for the ride of their lives.
Janice Shell and her gang of manipulators have been trying for 20 months to deceive you otherwise. This will be one of the biggest upsets in short-haps around.
Take your position and sit back. AZNT has been operating as normal through all of this. Great things to report there also. This will soon be an open book...AZNT HAS THE PRODUCT OF THE FUTURE, VERY VERY VERY SOON FUTURE!!!
This group of criminals will continue until the FEDS have them in custody, 3-4 weeks IMHO!!
This is NOT hype, this stock has never been hyped, doesn't need it..Shell and gang will give it all it needs!!!!

So, what you're suggesting is one of several scenarios. Which one is it?:
1. Fortune Magazine, being a high-profile magazine held up to public scrutiny, was stupid enough to send a photographer to Italy, pick anybody off the street without verifying that it was Janice Shell, then run the photo along with text which just happened to be remarkably similar in nature to Janice's postings regarding her various activities. Although Janice is a high-profile figure, and Fortune is a high-profile magazine, Fortune's legal department felt this was okay, even though they could potentially find themselves at risk in any possible legal case which might result. So they just photographed 'anybody' and didn't care who it was, and ran the story, without *any* verification, permissive release, personal authentication, or any other type of validation.
2. Fortune Magazine is part of a wide-ranging conspiracy against AZNT which, if the thread longs are to be believed, is composed of the highest players in the journalism, chemical, communications, and brokerage industries, as well as government agencies.
3. Fortune made a mistake, didn't realize it, somehow found somebody in Milan who answered to the name Janice Shell, who just happened to intimately know the same stock sagas as 'the other Janice Shell', and even though they did verify that she was 'a' Janice Shell, they just didn't know they had the wrong one, because there are likely to be so many of them in Milan who know all the same stuff. Not Fortune's fault, really.
4. Dialing the country code '39' doesn't mean a thing because specifically for Janice Shell, ATT will re-route that back to her home in the States without having it show up on your phone bill if you call her. They feel guilty enough that you have to call Italy in the first place, so they give you the return trip back to the States for free, and don't even bother you on the statement. Note: ATT might be part of the overall conspiracy. Better check on that.
5. You're information is incorrect.
Awww geez...that wouldn't count. It's too sensible.
