You are right CMAX is making a 6 million financing. They filed for a public offering for 900.000 units consisting of two common shares and one redeemable warrant. The initial public offering will be at $7 per unit. The underwriter will be Joseph Stevens & Co. Regarding VTEH did you try the web page of Casino World (www.vcw.com) were you can play (without money) at the Casino' . The software is done by Mindwire .It looks to me absolutly fantastic.
