Re: ALS therapeutics RPR Genecell is working on a gene therapeutic (adenovirus bearing genes for ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3). It has not entered clinical trials as far as I know. Also, Cytotherapeutics is working on CNTF (also in pre-clinicals) and MitoKor is looking for leads in this area. The picture could look pretty bleak for awhile for those with ALS if Myotrophin doesn't pass review. Let's hope, for their sake, that Myotrophin looks good to the panel on May 8. Onward... Mark
