SmartServ Online Announces Alliance with Wireless Knowledge
Agreement to Integrate SmartServ's Transaction Back-End with Wireless Knowledge's Front-End for Mobile Internet Financial Services


STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- SmartServ Online (OTC Bulletin Board: SSOL - news), a leading Web and wireless application services provider, announced today it has entered into an alliance agreement with Wireless Knowledge, a Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq: MSFT - news) and QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM - news) joint venture, to develop a wireless application offering that integrates Wireless Knowledge's mobile application server platform with SmartServ's transaction platform. The joint solution will support multiple wireless device classes, airlinks and markup languages.

Under the terms of the agreement, Wireless Knowledge and SmartServ will commercialize and co-market the resulting solution to various target markets beginning with financial brokerages.
