Steve I admire your diligence. 2:30am! I slept pretty well last night adn woke to see no surprise in the news this morning. Not worth waiting up for :). Here's the first positive news release I've seen. There's seems to be generally a negative sentiment against ALA for doing this but this story put's it in perspective. dailynews.yahoo.com On the NN stock price front there seems to be a sell off in early trading but I believe this will only be short term. I think there's some onus on NN to put out some positive press releases to ensure the ALA camp stays happy with their progress. I'm holding out until $38 and if that doesn't happen I'll accept ALA shares. It's a beast of a company but I believe can do quite well. I was impressed 6+ months ago when they acquired Genesys. It shows an understanding of the consolidation of voice and data networks and a clear willingness to position themselves to in a market that's moving from legacy voice systems to hybrid voice/data/ip systems.
