BWAC, that's not my take... Didn't the press release state that it was a "fixed rate of exchange: .43 per ADCT share BASED on the yesterdays (2/22)closing price of $46.81." It did NOT say based on the date of closing. I interpret that to mean that it doesn't matter if ADCT's price drops...the buyout price will remain fixed. That's equals around $20.00 for each PAIR share. Curious, anyone else reading it this way? Patricia
