Rand, There are many reasons for not raising cash, and I would definitely assume that if they don't HSP has excellent reasons. Barring any of those - confidence in pipeline not being one of them - it would be foolish not to drastically improve your balance sheet at this time. Even if biotech has matured, after this feast WILL come some level of famine. biowa
