Sorry, on balance, not a good deal....
After two years in this stock, am very disappointed. Of course, we do not know how bad things had become inside PAIR, sales of vaunted Avidia certainly were nowhere to be seen. Perhaps nuco will have better luck. ADCT has improving fortunes, after-tax earnings in excess of 10% of sales, decent growth. But, if PAIR's product line were really that good, it would have sold to a more prominent player, and for a better price.
Now, I'll wait a bit for the dust to settle, probably move out, if this then looks as dull as it does today.
